Who I worked With
This is a personal case study

What tools did I use?

Hypothesis
Users maybe growing impatient when trying to locate new titles, and navigating through hundreds of existing titles. We believe the users simply want to access the content more quickly.

User Stories
To quickly understand what it is that each user truly wanted to accomplish, I created user stories.

Low Fidelity Wireframe Sketches

Invision App: Low Fidelity Prototype
After the low fidelity sketches were created, these designs were incorporated into the Invision App. This interactive mockup focused on satisfying the needs of each persona.

The mid-fidelity prototype was created next. This was used for usability testing.

User Testing Results

Task 1: The user was unaware if they were on the "Queue" page versus the "Recently Watched" list.

Task 2: The user was not aware if the title that was selected to be added to the queue was in fact officially added.

Task 3: The user felt like popular titles should have its own dedicated page versus being shown with the latest titles.
