Omega Federal credit Website - UX/UI case study
OMEGA FCU is structured very differently.
Omega is a non-profit financial cooperative owned by our members. Surplus earnings are returned to our members in the form of higher savings rates, lower loan rates and low or no fee products and services.
Business Problem
The number of IRA applicants is down 20% from last year. What can we do to increase conversion of online applicants?
Hypothesis
Based on the current site, I believe that IRA’s are not promoted properly. Thus resulting in low conversion rates.

User Personas
I created two user personas to quickly represent the type of users that may want or maybe interested in getting an IRA.

Based on the user personas created, these are the expected reasonings behind their decisions.

Low Fidelity mockups were created and presented to users for testing.
Testing Results:
Using the Low Fidelity mockups, I did performed an A/B testing method to determine which home screen would be most likely to accrue more conversions.
