The Problem

What I was responsible for:
• Interviewing business stake holders for MVP requirements & challenges
• User Interface visual design for desktop & mobile platforms
• Collaborating with front end developers to maintain frontend consistencies
• Minor QA Assistance

The Process:

1. Process: 
• Interviewed stake holders on project requirements and goals for the project
• BA/Project Manager creates and distributes user stories to the team 
• 2 week sprints start with grooming & estimates 
• I developed screens based on the user stories & handed it off to devs via Zeplin
• Developer team builds the web app
• Developer team demos the web app at the end of every sprint to show progress
• QA team tests the product and reports bugs & inconsistencies

2. Timeframe:
Initial timeline was 6 Months. Project Extension was given after 5 months. 

Challenges:
• Numerous stake holders with conflicting goals and expectations
• The initial product MVP delivery date was pushed back to deliver more features 
• Front end offshore communication issues
• No quality assurance team until midway through the project
• Business was unsure wether the web application was to be responsive for MVP 
• Integrating any UX research into the Agile workflow due to constraints
